Does the system have the ability to organize data ingested into an ODM normalized structure?
MaxisIT's CTR system supports a standard common data model (logical) for downstream processes like Reporting, Visualization, Aggregation, outbound access to external systems etc. The common data model depends on the customer needs, we have customers who want SDTM like structures, some prefer ODW (Operational Data Warehouse) structures, some prefere a CDR (Central Data Warehouse) structure which followed a common Data model (similar to ODM). A mix of these is also possible to support the different requirements of reporting and clinical programming.
Does the system have the ability to support loading transactional, cumulative and incremental updates of data to the CDR?
System supports loading transactional, cumulative and incremental data loads. We extract clinical and operational data from various source systems, harmonize it and load it to CDR. Cumulative data will be ingested at first and then subsequently incremental loads.
Does the system have the ability to identify the incremental update with date/time and corresponding status/flag (i.e. ability to detect 'New' vs. 'Changed' data).
System supports identification of incremental updates based on incremental hash key functionality or primary keys. Incremental hash key will compare the cumulative data load with the new data loads. Primary key option will require to identify the primary keys on the source metadata and the system will use these to identify the delta ie New/updated data.
Does the system support data review and data reconciliation on an ongoing basis?
Data review is available in the system at source, target & at report level. Data reconciliation is done by aggregrating the data and then aggregate views are leveraged to generate reconciled data reports or views.
